Art started his commercial real estate career as the marketing director for Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Almost immediately, the company recognized an unusual talent in Art, and advanced him into the world of Brokerage. Art was quickly recognized by the Beitler organization as Beitler’s most outstanding “Young Agent of the Year”. Art graduated with honors from the California State University of Northridge with Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Economics. Art is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and is active in community organizations including the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, The Armenian General Benevolent Union of Young Professionals, and The Armenian Professional Society. One of Art’s many interests is basketball; he plays in multiple adult leagues throughout the year. Art loves to cook, and is in his free time, he creates unique and different cuisine masterpieces. To fulfill Art’s quest for adventure, one of his goals is to consistently travel to 4 countries every year. Art enjoys the historical elements of travel, coupled with exploring new cultures, cuisines, languages, and different lifestyles. Art’s been to 15 countries so far!
