Cole Gee is a Sales Associate on the Available Warehouses team at Beitler Commercial Realty Services, Encino. Alongside seasoned brokers Ron Kassan and Art Minassian, Cole and his team focus exclusively on the sale and lease of industrial warehouse properties in the greater San Fernando Valley region.

Cole works relentlessly to provide best-in-class service to his industrial clients, including investment advisory, corporate relocation, realty, leasing, and valuation services. Cole’s strong work ethic, extensive market knowledge, and strong professional connections allows him to identify opportunities organically and work efficiently, leaving more time to focus on the individual wants and needs of each client.

Prior to joining Beitler, Cole spent four years at Marcus & Millichap San Francisco, focusing on investment sales of multi-tenant office, retail, and industrial properties. Afterwards, Cole worked at Harsch Investment Properties in Portland, Oregon, assisting with the lease and management of multiple multi-tenant industrial business parks and retail shopping centers in Beaverton. Cole’s background in both brokerage and ownership of commercial property positions him well to understand and serve the needs of industrial owners and occupiers of all sizes and specialities.

Cole received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Chapman University. During college, Cole was actively involved in crew, ultimate frisbee, Chapman Finance Association, the Chapman Real Estate Association, and worked part time in sales for a technology company.

Cole differentiates his service by prioritizing honesty, trust, and integrity above all else. Cole is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), and past member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Cole is active in the Southern California jewish community and is currently searching for local non-profit organizations to get involved with.
