A Consultant with Experience and Enthusiasm
Ron Kassan, Trevor Gale specialize in Industrial Real Estate within the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Ventura County, and would head the project.  The marketing department is solely responsible for running daily searches within the targeted relocation area to identify available properties for lease/sale.  Additionally, we will prepare the direct mailing to all property owners of industrial buildings that have the desired relocation specifications within the targeted area to determine if they will be having upcoming vacancies or are interested in selling their property.  Team Beitler has the maximum motivation and enthusiasm to make the volume of prospect calls necessary to quickly lease the subject property.
