 Ron Kassan is the Executive Vice-President for the Sherman Oaks Office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Since joining the firm in 1989, Ron has enjoyed a successful and distinguished career. Having just been named Beitler’s industrial real estate Salesman of the Year for 2006, Ron is equally proud to have received that title for the last 5 consecutive years.

Ron designed and implemented Beitler’s first Sales Apprenticeship Program wherein Ron teaches new agents every aspect of the art of excellent salesmanship.
Prior to joining Beitler in 1989, Ron was the vice president for an international trading company with offices in Tokyo and San Diego. Today, Ron remains a director for Uteco Japan Ltd.
Ron graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Speech Communications, and Psychology. Ron has served as a big brother of America since 1983 and is still an active member.
Ron has coached boys and girls soccer for the last 7 years and currently coaches his son’s baseball team. In his free time, he works as a volunteer for the Ski Patrol/Mountain Safety Team in Big Bear, California.
Ron’s interests include accomplishing fluency in the Japanese language and mastering the art of fly fishing and fly tying.
